The staff and Dr. Kamp are all so nice and accomodating. I moved over an hour away several years ago and still make the drive!
I had broken one of my front teeth when I was a child and now in my 40's that tooth broke again. Best option was to have both of my front teeth crowned. I didn't realize how imotional I would be after having the initial procedure and getting my temporary, I left the office tearful. Later I talked to Christy and she was Awesome and her reassurance helped me. In 3 weeks I get my crowns!
As always, my experience with Dr. Kamp and his staff was great! Linda got me in when I really needed to see Dr. Kamp, on a very last minute time frame, for which I was grateful. I am so happy that we have such outstanding dental service on the eastside of Indianapolis.
This trip was for cleaning and checkup. His gal who usually does my cleaning and pre-exam does a very thorough job, with an appreciated awareness of my sensitive teeth, and always takes time to answer questions and offer tips for better oral care. Dr. Kamp promptly follows up with the exam and diagnosis of any work needed, with the same friendly and compassionate disposition. The gal at the desk handles the billing and future apptmnts. with a smile and pleasant small talk and any other staff I see don't hesitate to offer a friendly hello. All in all, the care from check-in to check-out is very professional and also reasonable.
If you want an example of how to provide great customer service visit Dr. Kamp's office. I'm not sure why there are magazines in his office because you never need to wait. They are always prompt. Dental technicians are pleasant and thorough. Dr. Kamp is also very thorough and friendly. Definitely the best dentist that I have ever seen.
